1.20　040123	2004/03/05	Fixed: There have been cases where FMC did not function after power failure due to the deteriorated battery in UPS. In order to solve this problem, modification to the software has been made so that whether the correct operation data is backed up, and, if not, the back-up ROM is forcibly cleared to prevent the software from getting uncontrollable.
